Well Happy New Year eveyone. I am new here but not new to forums so....you wont really have to worry about those newbie type posts. I am here really cuz of my girls car. I am trying to learn civics cuz...well...we have one! lol

We have an unmolested 1994 Civic CX. Two problems with it...its slow and its teal! But I have vision, my girl however does not. After I am done with my car I want to fix this thing up and make it suitable for her to drive, get on the freeway with no worries of the faster traffic. I am thinking of just a few little things to make it faster...Headers, Intake, Exhaust to start. My girl DOES NOT need boost...although that would be fun. Looking forward to figuring out what to do to make the car a little peppier! Thanks for welcoming me here!

Oh my car, in case you were wondering, is a 1996 Mitsu Galant. About to be 5 speed swapped and boosted. Currently running full exhaust, intake, eibachs and kyb agx's, brembo rotors and akibono pads, tint and IVA-D310. Pics upon request!

Your car sounds nice, post up a pic or two. As far as the girl's, I'd start with suspension and I/H/E, then I'd paint it. I don't like teal, but I'm sure you'll find one or two fans of that color here.

I gotta do some searching cuz I am not sure which engine I am running in that thing. I have read conflicting things...I.E. one site will say the CX runs the d15, or d16 and I am really not sure which I have. Hell one even said something about a DOHC which I know is NOT in there! (I wish)

Nice car. What wheels are those?? I looked everywhere for wheels exactly like that, and couldn't find anyone with silver in stock. I ended up getting black Kobe K5s. Those look like 4 lug, is that right?? If you ever sell those, I want to be the first to know about it. As far as the civic, according to Wikipedia, it has a SOHC D15B8. That's assuming the wiki article is accurate.

Thank you. I'll check. Um my wheels are RSS wheels. I forget the style name...partly cuz this is my 3rd set of wheels for the car! LOL
I get bored. OH! What gen is this Civ considered? That way I know where to look for **** instead of hittin every board!
