H11 Nokya Yellow 55w/80w or H11 Luminics Yellow 55w/130w

I'm looking for your guys' opinions on which one I should buy. I've heard good things from both but have any of you had any experience with the exact bulbs im polling. These are gonna be going into my foglights as I am not satisfied with the light output from the stock bulbs. PIAA is outta the question. If I were gonna get PIAA I minus as well spend the extra money and get a foglight HID kit. But i'm just looking for yellow bulbs that you guys have had good experience with. Vote other brands if you've had better experiences with any others than the ones i'm polling forand plz post the brand, draw(usage) and output wattages.

I have the noykas in my fog lights and they're pretty yellow. They're H8 and are 35W. Do not go with the mtec ones that are on ebay. I bought those and they suck. They're not even yellow at all. They have more of an ion lense effect.

I am using the nokyas in my fogs as well. i really like them. pretty bright for fogs. some people on here have had problems with them burning out prematurely, but so far mine are running strong (watch one of mine go out now that i just said that). they go for pretty cheap on ebay too so thats always a plus. ive never seen them for more than 10 plus shipping

luminics is better quality, and more yellow for some bulb sizes. i remember someones nokya blew up but not sure why. i had both they are okay but i prefer luminics.

so i'm guessing that the luminics might be built and look better for the price. cuz ebay the nokyas are running anywhere from 20 to 25 bucks. the luminics are 31.50 to 35. its just a matter of 7 bucks or so, give or take a few bucks.

Re: H11 Nokya Yellow 55w/80w or H11 Luminics Yellow 55w/130w

I've had several bulbs in my fogs, although I havent used the Luminics, my nokyas are by far the best bulbs I've come across. I was a little worried that the wiring on my kit could handle it or not, but we calculated it out and the bulb wattage is safe for the gauge.

Where are you getting this 80 from, still from ebay? I looked on their new site and it says 80w. Thats really weird. I dont think that mine are 80w.

^i think what you are seeing is someone posting that they are a 55watt with the output of an 80 or 85 (which btw is complete bs. if its a 55watt bulb, its 55...not 85.) when you use ebay, make sure you do your research first. a lot of people post a lot of crap on there and people eat every bit of it.

Re: H11 Nokya Yellow 55w/80w or H11 Luminics Yellow 55w/130w

well, the nokyas will be safe then. cuz the max watts for a 7.5a fuse is 7.5a x 12v = 90w. so the nokyas are at 80 or so. so again thanks guys.

I have nokya in my foglight, DAMN they're bright yellow... try it out dude, you wont regret it, by far, they are really good. I had my first one blow out on me for no reason like others mention, its cool, pop in another one and damn they are freaking yellow. I get head turns from how bright they are in my aftermarket foglight kit.

Pretty cheap too for some bright *** bulbs. Take a try, your only eating up $25 if it isnt to your liking.
