Fog Lights with Automatic

I have a Honda Civic 2001 4 Door Automatic. I just bought one of those 30 dollar kits off of ebay. The fogs are the 2001 model with the switch. I wired everything up with my friend. We used the Honda intrustions to help us out. Then we seemed to run into a problem. The intructions around number 45 or so, show 3 plugs going into the fuse box. I only have 2 that can fit into it! Is there anything I can do to get these lights on and use the switch? We got so far and this is all I need.

sections 2 & 3 of the pic are where you're supposed to connect the wires.

What is section one for? I have an automatic and heard that I need to plug in 3 wires. Can I just do 2?

you can use any stock ground point, or make your own. pretty much anywhere on the chassis that has metal.

I have everything plugged in right and I still cant seem to get them on. I cant figure it out. The grounding seems good. What does this plug do that I boxed in red? I can't seem to find where it plugs in.

that goes into section 2 of my pic. for a ground on the interior harness theres a screw bolted onto the frame near the fuse box on your right that has other wires on it as a ground. use that.

Ok Thanks, I'll do that. I am starting to think that the switch may be broken which is causing the lights not to go on.
