Question about headlights

I heard that I have to drop my front bumper on my 2004 to replace my headlight bulbs, someone wanna help me and explain to me how the hell to do it, if I DON'T have to drop my bumper!!!!!!

no...u can just replace the headlight bulbs by just reaching behind and pulling them out..
