the big rubber that's stock. just cut from the middle hole down to one side so there's a slit you can put wires through.

well I only had one stock headlight plug hooked to the kit. The other is just dangling in the engine bay. I hooked one red wire to the battery and the rest to grounds (there were a few at least).

check the colors of the wires into the 3prong piece, maybe the pos/neg are mixed up, mine was, but mine was Prolumen, might be the problem..

http://shmikx.net/hidfix/ << check this (btw, the picture is the WRONG way, the red and black should be the opposite of what is in the pic, thats just to show the original kit)

I have a single red wire connected to the battery positive. That's it. I mean...I hooked it just like the diagram. Grounds are all attached to various stock ground points. There's one in the middle front near the radiator that you can use. I hooked the power last, altho I don't think it matters.

how you hook up to the positive terminal...cuz positive wire from the HID bulb is not clip....is like plug in type of connector, did you trim/split up the wire and make new connector to hook up to the positive?

mine was a wire with split prong spade on it. I just put it in with the rest of the crap on the terminal and tightened the bolt. You can change it to anything tho; ring terminal might be easier.

After LiKEaFeRiO suggest me to plug the positive wire from the HID bulb to the stock Headlight plug directly (without that Catz PGS 3prong adapter)....finally, HID bulb fire up at once...tks god....so i guess its +12V.....cuz I tested other two which both not working.

I pluged both side to the stock headlight socket with same +12V both will work....so no need to plug the wire to the positive terminal on the battery.

ya those. I don't think there will be melting because both pieces are metal right? Also hid doesn't heat up as much as halogen.

hid gets up to 500F or thereabouts at the salt champer...or near there, at least. so, hid does get hotter than halogen, but it just doesnt spread it like halogen.
