Connection looks right.
I have a Bellof kit which is the same has a Catz.
If it isn't lighting up, check the fuse which is the black box next to the bulb.
If that's not the case, you might need new bulbs.

If the fuses don't blow, then you don't need to switch them out.
Heres how to test the bulb:
1.First disconnect the red wire where I circled it.
2.Take that red wire coming out of the bulb and connect it to the positive (+) side of the battery.
3. Take the ground wire and touch the negative (-) side of the battery.
4. The bulbs should light up and work.
You can leave the bulbs in the plastic case when you do it.
If this fail on both bulbs and ballasts / ignitors...
You either have 2 f'ed up bulbs or ballasts/ignitors or a combination of both.
Immediately contact the person you bought it from and ask for a refund.

Try testing but don't connect the black ground wire and see if it works.
The 3 prongs on the H4 plug is for
1. postive low beam
2. postive high beam
3. negative ground
I'm a little confused myself as to why the adapter has all 3 plugs available but Catz makes you put in another ground wire.
What I would so is trash the PGS adaptor.
Chrimp a connector (the one that looks like the 3 prongs) to the end of the red wire and stick that into the postive low beam on the cars headlight plug.
Wire the ground and it should work without the need for the adapter.
You can buy the connector at any hardware store.

i have the same kit, but with hi/low controler. Do you have the sheet that shows the connections? It's all japanese, but all you need are the pics to show where the connectors go. Lemme know if you need this and I can take a pic.

ya yours won't have that rectangle box in the middle. I remember plugging a connector to one stock headlight plug and leaving the other one disconnected. One wire connects to battery positive, all the rest goto chassis grounds.

the 3 "prongs" on the H4 plug is actually:
1. low ground
2. high ground
3. +12v

is it waterproof?....if it is anywhere away from heat and close enough for the connections to reach...such as the fenderwell...or bumper support. also depends on what you're going to use to hold it up

i put mine next to the battery under the stock intake tube, and the other one driver side around the headlight back. There's a little shelf if you reach between there.

Hey I just cut mine from the middle to one side. Thats the only way, and it still doesn't fit back perfectly. There's just too much stuff to stick through.
