Question underbody neon problem?

So i got my neons installed, but for some reason the front tube doesn't light all the way. it lights up one side and not the other... the funny thing is if i touch the non-lighting up side, it will light up, but once i let go... it goes dark again and this only works if i touch it with my hand and nothing else....

any suggestions on how to fix it?
TIA

sounds like bad wiring or a loose connection. Go over the install again and make sure everything is tight. Check your ground and make sure it is securely fastened to bare metal.

hm... the wires seem fine... the side of the tube that didn't light up is opposite end of the side with wires coming up. so the side with the wires coming out lights up ok... its just near the end of the other side that didn't light up.

What kind of neons do you have? Do you have a diagram of how they're installed? Where are you grabbing power? Did you make sure your ground point is solid (bare metal)?
