Blue Neon underbody kit....Legal in California????
For those of you living in California,
I want to know if Blue neon underbody kits are legal in California while driving with them on..
I have heard many stories about them being legal and illegal and just wanted to get a CLEAR response to this question.
The reason i am asking this question is because i'm about to buy a liteglow (blue) 4 pc underbody kit for $85.

. That's the true answer...at least for california. This rule applies to the windshield wiper leds, but everyone breaks these rules anyways

Rep Power: 333 i'm pretty sure DRIVING with any of those types of neons is illegal!! and dont leave em on when you're parked in gov't owned places or else they could ticket you for that...but if you're at a fast food restuarant or at the mall then its all good.
