1. high/low 90W low beam.. and 135W high beam. I have never seen any dual filament bulb where the low beam has a high wattage than the high beam.. hence the term "brights"
2. They might melt the housing over time. when i ran my Polarg bulbs for over a year.. and took off my headlight housings to put my HID's in, the back was discolored. but they wern't near the wattage as what you want.
3. Now this one is probably a definate yes. Cause you'll be pulling almost twice the amount of current through those little itty-bitty wires. Same as car amps.. to pull more amps/current.. you need a thicker (heavier gauge wire) you try and run 135W through a little 18 gauge wire.. you're gonna pop it...
4. I would go with the hella bulbs.
And which ever bulbs you chose get this (at the top of the page on the left, click on the tab that says "Headlight Wire Harness" With those.. you'll be pulling juice straight from the battery with a thicker wire, so you'll be getting more voltage to the bulbs and thus brighter light. (but shorter bulb life).
Hope that helped some!

"Boost the performance of your headlights by increasing the voltage to them. Especially for high wattage halogen bulbs, but will improve any bulb by 50% or more plus increase the white light component"
I've tried that $hit .... the bulb did not die ... it BLOW UP my bulb inside my headlight ... a lot of glasses stick on the reflectors and now i have to get a new headlight because i can not clean it up ... i've tried everithing but still not clean

"do you know a good & Cheap HID??? H4 high/Low HID ???? so far i only can find low HID only"
good and cheap cant be found. cheapest kits ive seen are like $300 and somethin, and are usually only low beam kits. spend the extra money and get a quality kit that has both high and low. Cause if you have to replace an HID bulb, they can run like $100 to replace them, and teh cheaper kits are usually the ones that burn out. Check the For Sale forum, someone was selling a used Hella Hi/Low kit for like $200 somethin, i was almost thinkin about buying it myself, but im strapped for cash right now.
