Check engine light drama!

Check engine light drama!
well it has now officially been 4 months since i put my AEM SRI on my 02 ex coupe AUTOMATIC
my check engine light is still burning brightly on my gauge cluster. its pissin me off! ive tried resetting the ECU by pulling the plug( done 6 times) i also tried to unplug the negative terminal on the battery ( done 10 times) and its still lit up! what can i do now? if i take it to honda will they try to jack me cus i have an intake? can anyone help me?
