yeah it's best you should. some dont have problems with this, most do. buy some clear silicone and line the inside seam up with silicone, then do the outside too if you choose. if you dont reseal them adequately, you will receive condensation (sp) in your headlights.
but like injen said, hes never resealed his... maybe he lives where there is no rain/sleet/or snow?

i dont think that the condensation really depends on if you reseal but more on the temp of the room you take them apart and but them back together in, if you do it with high humidity and seal them up again they will condensate later, just make sure its a dry area when you put them together again
Thanks fellas, it was one of those I just figured out myself and my stupid *** little brother ran in here and posted it. I was like, come on. I just wanted to finish so I could get to bike night at quaker steak if yall know what that's about. (I have a suzuki sv650) Yeah I resealed em with silicon, actually had some in the workshop. They look tight. Especially with red in the parking light. Thanks boys.
Yeah, like they said. Go to a hard ware store and ask. The ****'s mad cheaper than any special "automotive" or "marine" ****. And the compound is virtually identical in all of them. Although I think there is a 2 hp gain if you go with MONO ultra (outdoor).
Especially with red in the parking light.

Just a little helpful hint so you don't get fined, ticketed, pulled over, etc.
