Power steering pump fell
I left a nut loose on their once when I took off my power steering belt and after I drove it for a while I guess it made a domino effect and made other loosen up and fall. So I told Honda that it fell off one day when I was driving down the freeway and they replaced it all for free. Then I went home and took off my power steering belt again. This time I tightened the screws down good.
