Not that I have heard of, most people just use the trip meter to determine how much more gas they need based on how many miles they have travelled.

It also fluctuates depending if you're on an incline or not.

I don't think fuel gauges on any cars are very accurate. That's why there's the trip odometer so you can use that too. When the light comes on I usually have just over 2 gallons left which is good for a little over 60 miles.

My car is over a year now, and seems to be accurate...because when it's halfway on the guage.. i fill up about 22-24L every week.. and when it's like a 1/4 on the tank i fill about 35L.. i always fill until it stops

and our tanks are 50L

well,,the past few days my needle has kinda hung out in the same spot for a while. Thought I was getting good gas mileage. Well,, about a mile from my house, the gas light comes on bright and stays on. No fading in and out. I go to crank up my car today.. OUT OF GAS!! It gave me like a 1 mile warning. Anyone seen this one?
