I do have some gauges put in. But when I put them in I let the car warm up and the idle was at 600rpm. But when I put my ingen CAI in the car start idleing at 100-200rpm when it got warm.

On startup I idle at 1500rpm up here in cold-a$$ Mississauga, Canada. By the time the car has warmed up I'm sittin at just under 700, from the looks of it. THe only engine mod I have is an Injen CAI. When I was running stock, my idle once fully warmed up was a little higher, maybe around 800.
lol 100 RPMs? that is incredibly slow, INCREDIBLY slow.... it is definitly your gauges.. otherwise Honda might not be selling Insights anymore

Your Tachometer is way off, no question, either your numbers aren't lined up or your Tach is not reading correctly. Your engine wouldn't run under 500 rpm, and if it possibly could, it wouldn't be smooth.
yeah dude, mine does the same thing and its fuggin pissing me off!
ive taken it to honda 3, and the "techs" there cant figure it out. im guessing it has something to do with the MAF sensor, but i could be wrong.
this is making me so mad, ive posted a couple of times about this but i cant get an answer.
hey jrock: does it seem like it chokes, coughs, then goes back up to 800 or so?
and i bet it happens when you get to a red light right?

Um... I've taken apart the throttle body (which controls the idle) and I don't see how installing an intake will affect the idle speed?
You would have to hit the throttle position sensor really hard, or hit the idle air control valve really hard, or maybe move the air temperature sensor to a location that read the air temperature as colder than what was actually entering the throttle body. There's nothing else that would affect this. Simply installing an air intake should not affect the idle speed.
Multiple people are confirming this though, so what the hell is going on?

If you have an unstable engine after installing intake, you probably didn't let your ECU program properly.
Disconnect your battery, then reconnect and start your car, leave it idle for 10 mins so the ECU and get used to the new air flow, then drive slow around for a bit. That should make your car run smoother.
As for 100RPM, the lowest block in the tach is 500RPM, it goes by 0RPM - 500RPM - 600 RPM - 700RPM, etc. So you won't see a 100RPM, you probably mean 500.
