accord keyless entry???

accord keyless entry???

if i get a keyless entry transmitter from an accord, can i use it on my civic (assuming my dealer programs it)? If so can i then use the trunk button for something?

also, can the stock keyless entry use an external antenna? I'm wondering if something like the bmw's under-rear-view-mirror-rf-reciever could be added.

No. you'd need an accessory output on the alarm brain. Doesn't exist on the Civic.

No. you'd need an exterior antenna input on the alarm brain. Doesn't exist on the Civic.

Get an aftermarket alarm if you need these features.
