difference between injen's intake & race division
hey if you guys can go to http://www.injen.com/honda.html and check out our model for from injen's intake section and race division section, as you notice they are difference. anyone tell me what is the difference? which one is better? and more details about it

hmmmm.. someone will flame for this.
but before that, you're looking up generic info.
basically you're comparing a SRI (short ram intake) to a CAI (cold air intake)
cold air is better Iguess. but more expensive. there's cons to CAI as in hydrolock issues (water getting in engine, not good)
yada yada....
the difference is a 50 bucks pricetag. 150 vs 180-200.... and performance wise, I guess the CAI has actual gains... while the SRI loses ur low end torque...
I believe u lose low end torque with the CAI too.. but it probably makes it up in the higher rpm ranges..
anyhow, do a search, u'll come up with a lot of results.

Maybe there should be a newb section because some people are 'new' to this stuff and have legitimate questions. Everyone has to start somewhere. Hmm I guess who do have a FAQ sheet link though for some of this. That might help if when you register you need to read that...
