I have a clifford RS2 it works nicely (even hooked up remote start, even though I have a stick muahaha :thedevil but whatever you get add extra sensors up the yin yang, and an alarm is useless without a battery backup.

no, I meant backup battery. Otherwise the thief can just unhook your battery terminals and the alarm is disabled and whatever's inside is their's! Backup siren is nice too, preferably internal. I work at best buy so I get it all cheap.. I think it was like $350 US, though retail for what I got was like $900 US. Here's a list of all the crap I got...

Cilfford Matrix RS2 alarm with remote start, keyless entry, immobilizer and a buncha other fun stuff (Retail about $450 US)

Battery Backup (If the battery wires are cut the alarm still has power, retail about $60 with install, $40 without)

Internal mini piezo siren (little siren that gets mounted under the dash and goes off with the regular siren.. Extremely high pitched sound, the thief won't stay in the car long if this thing goes off, retail $20 I think)

Proximity Sensor (senses motion in and around the car, if someone walks to close it sounds a warning chirp, if anything moves inside the car the alarm is triped retail about $100 + install)

Mercury switches on hood and trunk (if hood or trunk are opened the alarm is tripped, retail like $10 each)

Added remote trunk release..

My car is a fortress

Edit: Soon to come: Pager and remote window controls
