rpm drops when a/c is switched on and automatic transmission gear put in Drive mode.
My 2008 civic rpm drops to 500 when I switched on the a/c and put my gear to drive mode together. if only a/c is on, gear in neutral,the rpm remains stable at 750-800rpm. This happens only during cold start. When the engine warms up approx 5mins after engine running then idle rpm become normal at 750rpm...Mechanic already cleaned the egr, cleaned throttle, fuel injector, adjusted piston valve clearance..same problem exist during cold start..what to do next?
