Need some help here getting the valve cover off of a 2010 1.3L hybrid. The 8th bolt in the back corner is seemingly covered and impossible to get to. Does anyone know how to get this off or an easy way to get the arm above the bolt off?

The 8th main valve cover bolt is hidden in the back underneath the wire harness arm. This valve is tucked under what is holding the wire harness loom in place and I can't get to it. The reverse is how I figured it needed to be removed and there seems to be one bolt holding it on that is very difficult to get to. It would seems there's an easier way to remove it. Should I remove this bolt to remove the arm that holds the wire harness or is there a better way to do this?
