Long story short I Snapped the bolt after changing the gasket I need some sort of rubber cork until I can take it all apart again and get the bolt out. I can’t seem to find the right cork anywhere I look. Any advice will be appreciated

Try Ace Hardware for rubber stopper. Use a reverse
drill bit to remove the broken bolt. Find another bolt in local junkyard, local Honda dealer or online.
Happened to me a few years ago on a 6th gen. Use the correct torque spec and crossing pattern when installing valve cover.
