95 DX Hatch Won't Idle
1995 Civic DX Hatch. Car started to idle rough now will not idle at all. It appears to be flooding. Replaced EACV and disassembled, cleaned and reassembled Fast Idle Valve. Removed Throttle Body and cleaned. Installed new sparkplugs and PCV Valve. Still will not idle at all. Runs fine on the road. I can smell fuel and if I remove the brake booster vacuum line and meter the open end the engine will idle although higher than normal. This leads me to think its running rich. Sorta lost now. Cleaned the MAP Sensor plug. Think it could be the O2 Sensor? No Engine Codes.
