my car doesn't know I have a front passenger door..
The door unlocks once in awhile remotely. Otherwise, my car security system doesn't know there is a front passenger door. I figure it is some wiring issue but what? 
If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Can your description be any more vague?
I'll guess a bad lock actuator.

No, ruled out actuator. It was what I thought a first too. It is an 02. It is like my car does not recognize this door is even there. If I unlock it with my key and open it. The others will relock (after unlocking with remote) because it does not realize I opened my door. I think wiring cut somewhere. However, I don't know where to look.
