Need ideas/Help on fixing a small dent

Hello there everyone. new to the forums. been a ninja just reading mostly in the forums for awhile but i had a quick question to see if anyone can help me. I have a small dent on the side of my car that im trying to get out. i thought it would be a simple push to get it to pop out but it actually keeps on going in and out. is there any method or way i can get this to pop out and stay? i have provided with a link for easier view. thanks to anyone that can help!

usually that would have to be worked out by pushing on it from the other side try doing it a little harder also check out youtube "dent repair" that might be more helpful
