so i am thinking of chipping my car.. is it worth it? 10+ hp i hear. what do you think of this chip

trust people to make a chip for my car? 30 people have purchased this from ebay. how should i chip it? stock d16 headers, full exhaust, intake all the mosd i have for now. i wouldnt mind the vtec engaging earlier, lets say 4k rpm
is it possible or bad for my car? i really dont car about the rev limiter cause i dont wunna blow my engine, but i love going from 4k to redline!
heres an example of the specs you must include to have this guy make a chip for your car off ebay. any ideas? dang didnt mean to get that whole piece from ebay... should i adjust the fuel or timing??

It'll just add more fuel to the afr, but then your ecu will realize whats going on and add more air and your back where you started, minus the $16.99 plus shipping.

That looks like an actual chip you put into your ecu's board, not a resistor you put into the IAT sensor connector.. Nevertheless, I'd rather get a programmable ems or at least a good piggyback, all tuned by a professional, before I go with an eBay chip, but that's just me..
