Spark Plug Heat Ranges

Hey guys i was just wondering what plugs you recomend using for a turbo application. I have been told i should go a heat range lower than stock. Just wondering what your using?

usually one heat range lower is good for highly modded car nos/turbo/sc. depends on your driving tho. if you stay out of boost alot, stock range may be enough. you have to really test and see by checking the plugs every so often and you can tell if theyre overheating or not getting hot enough. i would say try stock first, and then pull them out and see what happened. stick with cheap copper ngk or denso plugs so you arent wasting alot of $$.
