Squeek/Crunk Noises in Passenger Rear

Well as i've been trying to figure this problem out for awhile, i see some people say its the bushings are done or something with bearings. Does anyone know where these *bearings* or *bushings* are that might be done and be replaced? pics would even be better, or just a general look on where it might be would be great. Thanks!

I have exact same problem. checked it out on the lift yesterday and bushings seem to be fine. I'm suspecting the upper shock mounts now, gonna check it out in a few hours...

I think I've got a similar problem. But I thought it was coming from the rear passenger side, but was actually the front passenger side. Can seem to find the problem of the squeek, but the clunk maybe coming from a slightly loose swaybar endlink. It could also come from my shocks, which I feel are near dead due to the huge pot holes from the huge storm we had in March.

i have a squeek in the front passenger side only if someone sits in it and when the car is in emotion. I had it when I was on springs and stock shocks and still have it now with cull coilovers. It's getting louder and louder...

Re: Squeek/Crunk Noises in Passenger Rear

problem fixed. got bored this weekend so i took a look under the car to see if i can find anything to grease up since people said it might work. Found out it was the sway bar bushings in the middle... or might be the sway bar itself... because a friend lend me his rsx sway bar and after installation....it was magical, no more sounds at all...amazing. Also i found out the old ex sway bar bushings had almost no grease left in it, so that might of caused the sounds. its the ones under the bracket that holds the sway. a weekend well spent (=

WD40 is not a lubricant, that's a myth. It's marketed and sold as a rust inhibitor.

yeah you need real auto grease. wd40 serves no purpose.
