Exclamation Power Steering Fluid Leaking Into Car

Well basically my car has leaked some power steering fluid into the car through the hole where the steering wheel passes through the firewall. I can recall putting some fluid into the reservoir about a month ago, the fluid is still topped off it hasn't needed anymore since but my question is What could have gone bad, some kinda seal or something? What am i looking at here?

In the engine compartment i noticed some oil under what seems like a rubber grommet or seal that meets the firewall, exactly where that hole is, maybe thats where it leaked into the car. If so, what could've gone bad...

I was looking at the parts at this website >>> http://www.thehondapartsstore.com and the parts related to our issue lie in the P.S. Gear Box Components, what exactly do we need from there.. probably some ring sets or some seals, but this sat. i will find out, i'll let you know once i do .
