throttle cable for 5speeds

i can see a reason to adjust the throttle cable on automatics (because of the slack) but does this also exist in 5 speeds? so what i am asking, is there a reason for me to adjust my throttle cable? ihope that wasnt too stupid of a question, thanks.

no, you can still do it in a 5-speed, doesnt mean 5-speeds cant use even more quicker response??if that made any sense at all[IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]

thanks a lot, makes sense. i just wastn sure if they (honda) only put in the slack for autos.
