Keyless with key in ignition....
Okay, so you probably don't care and I'm probably wasting my time but I get home this weekend and figured everything out!
If you want to be able to keep a Civic running and lock the doors, it is as simple as cutting the middle wire on the keyless entry module located in the dash under the receiver.
If you want to be able to lock the doors with the key in the ignition, well, can't really tell ya the proper way but what I did is disconnected the wiring harness for the key sensor and left it off...the problem with this is the car no longer knows when the key is inserted or removed and will not ding if the key is in.
If you want to be able to lock the key in the ignition AND lock the car with it running, you have to do both....
