brake squeking like a mofo

brake squeking like a ****

i have a hp+ and powerslot rotors on my car now....when i brake..it squeaks like how truck brakes squeks ...so annoying and embarassing ....now, i saw this anti-squeak brake thingie in autozone...where on my brakes do i apply this thing? on the rotors? no clue... would i have to take everything out ....i hope not ....greatly appreciated ...

maybe you didn't install it right

u apply that grease behind the pads where the calipers touches. and you might have installed improperly, if they are new breaks they shouldnt squel

its installed right ...... i was searching through this forum ...alot of pple have problems with it escpecially w/ hawk pads ...... would the anti-squeaak spry work..if so, where would i apply it ?

okay if their installed properly and you want to try anti squeal here's how to do it.
the anti squeak stuff i had wasn't a spray more of a toothpaste consistency goop.
here's how i put it on.
Detach your lower caliper bolt and swing the caliper up. Leaving the pads on you can just spread a little of this anti squeal stuff on the metal backing on the pads. It's best to let it dry before you pull the caliper back down on it.
that's it. Considering the anti squeal is like $2-$3 it might be worth trying, if your sure everything is installed right.

oh its a toothpaste tyhpe ....hMm ok....is there any spray onez ..? if not, then ima try that then .....thanks bro
