Clunking noise when turning the wheel?

Since i lowered the car and had it aligned, i began to get this "clunk" noise that i can feel when i turn the wheel a good amount....is this a common issue? and can it be fixed?

this is an 01 EX btw...thank you for any help

If not go to the suspention FORUM, It's a "sticky"

Only in the forum tital they discribe the problem as "poping" & you discribe it "clunking"
