i need shifter DIY help!?

i need shifter DIY help!? can somebody make or tell me where i can find a DIY for puting a a shift-boot and **** on an automatic 05 civic. ive seen a bunch of people with it done...i just wanna know how to get it on...i think i understand how to put the boot on, but i dont get how a **** would be put on...can someone please help me?!
