I have the whole pump off. And i dont really want to put it back on. But i dont want the steering rack going to hell cuz theres no fluid in it. im thinking of using a motorcycle brake fluid reservoir and steel braded lines. i was wondering if anyone know what fittings ill need to do it right.

I believe you can run a loop from the lines of the rack and fill it with fliud. I am not sure on this but I think it will work. Some one correct me if I am wrong.

just remove the belt. the belt drives the power steering pump to operate the system. if you remove it, the PS wont operate. You dont need to remove anything.
