It is a noob question, but I'm not a noob 
Springs won't fit
Shocks may or may not fit
Full coilovers will fit but you will need to drill out the mounting point 14mm bolt holes to 16mm so the strut won't slide out of place and get RSX tie rod ends. In addition, the rear mount bolt is slightly bigger on the RSX.
5 lug has nothing to do with suspension.
