Want to know polarity of speaker wires in trunk on 2005 Civic EX Sedan

I just recently installed 2 subs and an amp in my 2005 Ex Sedan using a line level converter because I don't have the money yet to replace my head unit. My question is what the polarity of the speaker wires are in the trunk that I hooked up to my line level converter. For the right rear speaker the color of the wires are pink and blue/yellow stripe and for the left rear speaker the colors are blue/white stripe and blue/black stripe. If anyone can tell me for sure which of these wire are positive and which are negative I would greatly appreciate it. Also I was wondering if I would be better off running totally new wires from the head unit to the converter or if it's okay to just use the wires for the rear spekers.

There is also a wiring database on this site as well as on www.the12volt.com. I ask that you please search next time before making a thread like this
