2002+ Si Shifter
2002+ Si Shifter
Hi, I am new to this site and I have a question. I am currently looking for a new (to me) car and am considering the '02+ Civic Si. The only concern that I have is about the shifter placement. It looks kind of strange on the dash. I have read some reviews that say it is comfortable, though. Do any of you have experience driving one and what are your thoughts on it? Does the unusual placement affect shift throw direction? Does anybody know why Honda did this? The only thing I can think of is to maybe style it after some rally cars. Thanks for any help you can give me.
Civic Si
The shifter is in a great place. Real natural feel. I can't picture having anything else now that i am used to it.
BTW mine is for sale...
2002 with Jackson Racing supercharger and lots of other goodies.
