missouri open container law
i just found out this past weekend that missouri doesnt have an open container law. this means that u can be drinking in a car as long as the driver isnt. or u can walk down the street with one. i thought it was interesting.

(oh I lived in mIssiouri) (Cops can't really see us with 35% tinted windows at night That is one of the most screwed up things ever..Alcohol in a car equals a no-no ..
However...in certain states it doesn't suprise me..Like Montana..where the blood alcohol content needed to be convicted of a DUI means you have to be drunk enough to mistake a deer for your mother.
Some states..some laws....so out of date.
