You can't just "overhaul" a turbo. It has to be rebuilt and balanced. There are a couple places to get it rebuilt, turbochargers.com I think does it. cheapturbo.com does as well.

rebuilding turbos is kinda expensive, but i definatley say you're seals are shot, check your charge piping and see if you have oil in there and that'll let you know. But as 4drcivic2k1 said...check those sites for reuilds, good luck

Did you use the same oil pan as before? If your oil drain is too low in the pan, your turbo will smoke like crazy.

NO i used a new oil pan i it has a little to much oil, but the turbo is dripping fromwhere you attach the downpipe to the turbo, so it still may be that i have to much oil...

and i don't think i can get Brakleen localy, would any kind of degreaser work.....

Oh, and if the return line was a little bent could that cause smoke also???

The return line has to ALWAYS go down hill and cannot be kinked.
With the new oil pan, was the drain all the way at the top of the pan?
And just about any degreaser would work. Carb cleaner would also work.

Huh? Are you talking about drilling the hole above or below the baffle in the pan? Mine is below the baffle....

Well the car continues to stuttuer once i get into 3+ psi, the engine i got was from a rolled over car, so could the Missing Link be Dirty inside and could that cause the stutter,

or coud it be a roblem with the boost controller, since when it was in auto program mode, i dint go all the way to the designatedPSI, and could anyone help me out on how to program a damn GReddy E-01

thanks......

it could be both of those...when you're car goes over 3psi does it flutter back n forth between psi? definately check your turbo though since its dripping oil, even if it means taking it apart, just be careful with the turbine, was size line are you using on the feed line?
