why would a wheel spacer help? it will just push the tire FURTHER into the wheel wheel and fender. You can a) roll your fenders b) change your drop if you have coils or c) pull the camber in negative.

I think when he said "inner fender" he might of meant the inner part of the wheel well closest to the engine.

I strongly discourage the use of wheel spacers. I've seen to many cause more problems than they are worth

If you use them its a good idea to get longer wheel studs, and its a good safty thing if you ever go racing.

they would probably do the trick, but I'd be weary about changing the offset too much as you may start hitting the fender.

yes, sorry, i meant the inner part of wheel well close to engine, hope 3mm spacer wont be too much and i dont need to get longer studs, just the summer rims and tires have problems since im using 215/45/17 7.5" with 45offset, the race wheel shouldnt have any problem cuz its 205/50/15 6.5" 40offset

really, how low is your car? i have 215/45/17 w/ 45 offset with neuspeed sport springs with no rubbing. i might have a little when turning really hard, but that is rarely.

This is a great thread cause I am going to lower my ride this year and I have Quantum Tek wheels which are 7.5" with a 45mm offset and I am riding on 215/45/17's as well.
