SRS Light just came on
so my srs airbag light just came on. is there anything i could check for so i dont have to bring it in to the dealership for them to fix cuz its a hassle to bring it down. ive check the seat to see if the connection is lose, but its not. my car is stock.

Rep Power: 333 A light weight in the passenger seat (think baby weight) will cause the light to come on, because the car thinks there is a child in the front seat and disengages the passenger airbag. Also a cell phone sitting in the passenger seat can cause it to be set off. Either way, you will probably have to go to the dealership to have it reset.
There is a way to reset it yourself but I can't seem to find it.

I've got a Honda Genuine part that you plug into the car and it resets it for you . . .
on the package it says 07PAZ-0010100
Cost me like 2.99 shipped somewhere online, I'd just send it to you but I don't have my passenger seat installed right now so I've got my SRS light on as well.
