If you're talking about the exhaust piping, then no it won't fit without modifications. The rear sway bar on the other hand will fit.

probably gotta bend the pipes or something. heh.

the lengths are different too.

the mid pipe right?

the cost of having to mod it to fit might not make it worthwhile at all.

You shold grab that sway bar. But now the question I need to ask is...is this the stock 19mm rear sway? If so, is he going to replace it with something else? I hope he doesn't sell it without a rear sway...

And if he IS parting out a beefier sway (ie selling you a 22mm Progress or something and putting a stock 19mm back on) then you had better upgrade your endlinks too...

yea, the length has to be modified. Thats because the RSX downpipe and cat converter dont reach as far as the one of the civic...so, the pipe will have to be extended at both the cat side, and the muffler side. Not worth it if you ask me. And if it is just the stock exhaust...why would you want that anyway? You arent gonna get the sound out of it that the RSX-S puts out of it. The sound that you get from the RSX-S comes from the high displacement and the VTEC...it should sound pretty close to a civic stock exhaust.
