does anyone know how to do this at all i saw this DIY

but iwas like wtf how can you do this??? it would help if it was clarified for me or evev better, if someone did this and supplied a different DIY

i know some electrical things but i cant really fugure out how to do this. I already have a power inverter that i had bought and i just want it to look like a factory dash outlet. i can really use some help.
