Angel Eyes for 03 Acura 1.7 EL

Hey,

Im looking for a place to buy some Angel Eyes for my 03 Acura 1.7 EL, now from what I hear is that the 1.7 EL is the same as the civic for the most part. Which model is it?

Does anyone have any good online places that can supply them?

Thanks.

UNE, the Acura EL's headlights differ slightly in shape from the 2k1 Civics, but are significant enough in difference where they are not interchangable. If you bought aftermarket 2k1Civic headlights, you would have to mod the edges of the front fenders of your EL. As well, you may have a problem with the mounting tabs lining up, the hood may not close properly (or have a gap), and you may have a problem with the front upper grille fitting against the light properly. Essentially no fit. Do yourself a favour and park next to a 7thgen Civic at the mall or something and compare the shapes of the headlights. The EL's upper outside corner is sharper.

Nope. The Canadian market is too small for any aftermarket companies to take interest in making proprietary stuff for just the EL. Any mod applications that cannot be fulfilled with 2k1 Civic sedan parts have to be customed. Just bask in the glory of knowing you have a car whose parts are very desirable in the states.
