front ball joint discontinued??

front ball joint discontinued??
I need a front ball joint and I just ordered one from Majestic Honda but they got back to me and told me the part has been discontinued. Anyone know anything about this part being discontinued?? Also need suggestions on what to do now, and where I can get a replacement.

You ordered it for a 7th gen and it's discontinued? hmm.. thats odd... I thought they had to have parts available for 10 years. Maybe call a dealer and see if thats true? Maybe they just can't get one quickly.

call a different dealer to see if they have it. I doubt it is discontinued.

Its at the bottom of the steering knuckle....pretty much directly beneath where the knuckle attaches to the strut.

I believe it is on the tie rod.....had to use a tie rod fork to separate the pieces.
