Clearing my lights...Legal??
Although stated above that you need to hav eamber bulbs. My friend has been running clear front lights for around a year now and he hasn't been stopped. We also live in Tennessee so maybe law enforcement really doesn't care as much about these little things. If you really need to know, go down to the station and ask a cop. They can't give you a ticket for asking....

if i remember right, i think the bulbs are already amber, or orange or whatever so thats fine. you need that piece in the headlight so you can tell its the front end of the car.

Technically it's not legal cause if you take the amber piece out your also taking out the reflector. You need a visible reflector in the front and back of your car. But I really doubt a cops gonna hassle you for that.

There are still reflectors in the chrome part. But for the blinker not as much. It doesnt loko any different than stock. No cop would hassle you for that. Just keep the bulbs in there that are in, you will be fine. I cleared mine a few years ago, no problem since. I painted them black about 6 or 7 months ago, and no problems with that either. Lots of cars come with lights that way stock, they dont care.
