carpool
OK so i was driving to work today and pulled into the carpool lane about 30-40 yards before it ends, and no more than 2 secs after that i see a CHP on his bike in the left side shoulder waiting, i can even see the sign that says CARPOOL ENDS a little past him. So he pulls me over and gave me a ticket for driving in the carpool lane. do you think if i fight it a judge would dismiss it seeing as i was so firggin close i could spit on the sign saying the lane ends? just seeing if i could slide out of paying a $271 fine.
Crack kills... But then again... So do I...

nope. The lane doesn't end until after the sign. Before that you are still in the carpool lane with only one person, so no, you're not getting out of this one. Sorry.
