*Updated* Got speeding ticket on highway spraying and no catalytic converter

cop pulled me over and acted cool as I talked to him. He told me he got me on the radar for 90ish and I kept telling him no more than 80... I finally convinced him and wrote me down for 80. Now I see the mail and guess what, he gave me another ticket for my exhaust. He didnt even tell me he was going to do that. Anyways, I made an appointment to do a sound test that greddy referred me to. Im going to take off my megan racing down pipe and put my stock on back on. Should I dismount anything else like my nitrous? I have other bolt-ons but they are legal... I hope I pass.

did the cop that pull you over ask you to popup the hood or look under ur car for modification? If not, I would remove the downpipe and just go in for a test "greddy exhaust". Put the stock header back on too, if you have an aftermaret.

You know the law, and most cops are passionate about this stuff.

make sure the nitrous is secured so you can't use it. I don't know what but there are things you need to do cause using it on the street is illegal.

cop didnt catch me for spraying, he thought I was downshifting so I just let him believe what he thought. As for the test. Im going in this monday for the test. Removed my megan testpipe already and put back the stock one. The thing is, before this test, should I remove my dc headers too? it has a sticker saying its legal. damn I shouldve asked greddy this.

Header will make the exhaust louder, so might as well take it off.
