i really need help.

i really need help.
i already posted this but this has gone serious so i will post everything:
i was on a street a around 9:22 pm and i was on the left lane, while a cop car was on the right..we were goin the normal route and i decided to make a left turn. i came tot he intersection slowed down and was stopped..i noticed that there was a truck comin in the opposite direction, but he was at a distant where i could make it through the interesection safely..however he was speeding and as i hit the gas to get my car goin the light turned yellow. the guy in the truck floored it even more and i was in the middle of the ntersection and i knew we were gunna hit so i stopped the car and the truck goes flying by me.. the cop saw all this and continued goin straight and made a u-turn. i completed the left and went straight to make a right.the cop was a lil behind and he sped up and shut his headlights off and started following me. i was goin normal and he was following me with his car completely dark. a block later he pulled me over. he told me to put my windows down in the back. i told him i couldnt cuz i had a 2dr. he came over and asked for my icense and registration.i gave him my license but couldnt find my registration.i told the cop my mom put it in hear..he started laughing and making fun of me..well i found it and gave it to him..this was at 930...well at 1027 he came out and called me out..he said listen nick we are goin to cut u a break and he gave me three tickets. drivin past nine..unreasonable speeding and not yielding in the intersection...then he said why was i runnin awya..i told him i wasnt.i was goin to my friends house and his lights were off.he told me to man up. i said no i was on the way to my friends house and u didnt tell me to pull over..he said that he saw me try to pull into a driveway and all..however i didnt. i drove and yeilding signaled and stopped at the stop sign..he took me home and told me i better plead guilty or i would go to jail cuz he was gunna tell the judge i was runnin away..
a week later my friends dad spoke to him and he told him i was mouthign off and being a wiseass..i didnt do ne of that becuz the cop even told me to stop whining in the car..and he also told him that i shut my lights off so he wouldnt see me..i didnt do this either.
well, what should i do..plead guilty or not guilty..im afraid hes gunna tell the judge all this bs and i will get severed punished..but i didnt do ne of this..wat should i do
o0 yea..the other cop kicked my car door and tire..and my tickets have numerous mistakes..i dunno wat to do...this cop is makign my life a livign hell..o yea this is my first time getting a ticket..
o0 yea he told me to plead guilty to all these...even though i wasnt speeding.so he wouldnt tell the judge i was runnin away..
if i plead guilty wat will my fines be? the speeding ticket was not clocked.man im in deep crap..some1 pleez help me out..i will give rep pts

Rep Power: 0 i wouldn't let the po po win, if these are not crimes you committed why should you pay the consequences of paying the tickets and letting the cop win when he is wrong, plus since the mistakes on the ticket and your speed wasn't clocked, shows the cop is an idiot... the ticket for driving past 9 you shouldn't fight, cuase that is the time you gotta be home in NY right??? but other 2 defintely fight, and i dont think you will be put in jail for this so i dont think you gotta worry about that...

the problem is, even though everyday driving, your driving is common, EXCEPT when the cops are around, have to be careful on what you do....

Rep Power: 0 I would start to think Judges will listen to both sides of the story with how many pigs are on the streets now. Every one isnt a good person and the judges should know that. I would say I did not do it, and ask the judge how you go about pressing charges against the one who kicked your car. Even if its a little scratch, they should not do that, and say you want him to pay. They should listen to you after that if you tell them very calmly. Tell them exactly what went on, and how the officer (dont say cop) turned off his lights and followed you. He than lied on the tickets, and kicked your car. I would NOT OWN UP TO IT! I do not agree with police. They do not protect or serve. My dad got shot in his back after he followed 6 or 7 police cars into his gated community and somebody tried to steal his CTS. well he got shot in his back with a 9mm, drove around his neighborhood and looked for the cops. He found them and they laid him on the asphault (in AZ on a 120 degree day). He asked to be moved, they didnt, he asked for water or something to cool him off, but no. And they SHOULD HAVE WARNED HIM! Sorry, I hate cops. This was like 4 months ago.

Rep Power: 0 I would have pulled over with my window already down, stuck my head out, and yelled what? I would to, I give pigs a lot of freakin lip when I get pulled over. Just give me my ticket and let me go.

Rep Power: 0 well 2 things that i definitely would do if that was me is:
1. fight the tickets
2. talk to a lawer, even if just for advice
the main thing is that if he is a bad cop then he needs to be disproven so hopefully he will be taken off the streets because i know i wouldn't want to run into a cop like that.
