I didnt get the speeding ticket, but my friend did here on the North side of Houston..

So he gets a "almost 60" in a 40... but the cop still puts down 60mph (what a douche)

And the other thing.. his jetta is Memory Red.. meaning.. it's like a lipstick red.. it's RED.. the cop puts down Champange..

If the cop mis-matches the color of your car.. and it's PRINTED on your insurance card, can you get the ticket dismissed? The cop has to be damn near color blind to get a red car from a champange colored car.

if the license plate and driver information is correct, then it really would not be worth the effort to try and go that route. mistakes happen, i write summons' and find i have made a mistake later but it all works out. if it is only the color then i would assume it would not get dismissed for that reason, but whos to say it couldnt....
