Question about Moving Violation?

Is Driving without lights when required a moving violation? It is on my record and I am curious about it. Someone let me know.

yes it was night time, but I thought moving violations were speeding, running redlight, etc...

Why would you want to drive with your lights off, another car could hit you, or worse you could hit a person.

I never said I wanted to drive with my lights off. Awile ago I ran from the police and turned off my lights at one point so they couldnt see me, then when they passed me I turned them back on and drove a different way. When I was caught. they couldnt find anything to arrest me for so gave me a ticket for driving with no headlights.

I dont think you could get pulled over for being parked with you lights off at night....unless you were already a suspect and they were looking for you...

dont run from the police
